[CQ-Contest] contest rules?

I think a request to be spotted by a single op station is a violation of
the rules of most contests. It seems a violation of the rules for
transmitter locations even for multiops.  It should have been a
violation of the WRTC rules for competitors.  You did the right thing by
ignoring the request, in my opinion.  73, John, K4BAI, ex S543J.
