Second attempt.  Tried sending this Tuesday afternoon, but it must have 
gotten lost somewhere in Florida with some of the ballots! 

A stop by the PO box this morning resulted in the latest issues of QST and 
NCJ, and a late-delivery of the October CQ Contest.
