[CQ-Contest] ARRL Club Competition Rules

Another hotly debated aspect is multiple submissions. I for one find it 
unreasonable that I cannot submit my score to more that one club effort, when 
those clubs are in different categories. There is surely precedent for this 
with CQWW teams and individual scores as well as NAQP and Sprint team 
competition. At a local level this will certainly boost participation. I find 
myself torn between promoting local contesting activity (by organizing a 
team/club effort) and submitting my score for YCCC. I don't see how it hurts 
Amateur Radio to be able to do both!
