As did I before my last post.

Exactly right. I said that, but I said it in parts in two different places.

I merely reported what I had heard from people who I know to be world class 
operators. You're welcome to your conclusion.

Then the operator who called without knowing who he is calling is the problem. 
And if it's a serious enough problem the DX station may change his operating to 
improve the situation. But it's still his call on whether to do that. Personally, I 
think the poor operator in this scenario isn't the DX op who doesn't ID enough.

I don't disagree, but not everyone has the same idea, whatever their reasons.
