[CQ-Contest] Speaking about power violations

I've always wondered:

How much power is 300 "Italian watts" in the MKS system of measurement that 
the rest of the world uses? Is there some sort of conversion equation that 
can be used to calculate this? I expect I will need lots of digits on my 
calculator to perform the conversion...
