[CQ-Contest] Internet/WebCam in the contest?!

You are generally allowed to "push" data onto packet and the Internet as
long as you don't "pop" any information.  In fact, CT allows a single-op NOT
assisted to connect to packet and spot DX while at the same time NOT
allowing the operator to see anyone else's spots coming over the network.
Many contest-club members use this method to help their club mates who might
be operating assisted.

I can't see why the generation of video onto the Internet should cause
anyone concern.  Now if you were looking at someone else's webcam, well,
that might be different, depending on what you can see...interesting
problem.
