[CQ-Contest] web cam solicitation

Yes it would be, if it was done DURING the contest. Announcing activity
is absolutely fine prior to the event. It becomes a problem when these
type of solicitations happen DURING the contest that annoy me-
especially on packet cluster...
...or a multi-op changing calls DURING the event to move a mult....
...or this type of spot "21.247 kXXX pse spot zone 2- tnx!
...or emails arriving during the contest that say-
"we'll be on 7.067 looking US at 0300z- pse work us"-
ETC.

Personally I have no problem with the Web Cam- we used one 4 years ago
from our FD site- Can't see how it would affect a score- but geez, seems
to be a rather inefficient use of time/manpower/computers keeping it
running! Who is watching it? Who has time during a contest to watch Joe
calling CQ on a computer screen?
To each his own...
