[CQ-Contest] New Pelican Case

FYI there is a new Pelican case, model 1610 available, that is slightly
smaller than the standard 1650 everyone uses. The 1650 had a lot of room for
extra stuff with an MP in it - but adding that extra meant you have to watch
the 70# limit on US flights. 

The new 1610 looks large enough for a radio like the 1000MP with no extra
space, more suitcase sized.
