[CQ-Contest] HS0AC on 80 meters in CQWW SSB

This is to announce that the club station of the Radio Amateur Society of
Thailand, HS0AC,  will be competing in the multi-multi category in the CQWW
Phone contest this year.  This means that it will be much easier to get
them to QSY to 80 meters upon request, since they can dedicate a station to
that band.

80 meters is not normally allowed in Thailand, but they have special
permission to transmit on 3524 to 3526 and 3534 to 3536 LSB during this
contest.  Yes, the frequencies are not mis-typed, those are frequencies
down in what's normally the CW band.  They will work split and listen up;
let them know what your transmit frequency will be.
