I would welcome such a category as it describes my setup exactly. 100
watts with an 80M dipole and an R7000 vertical.  I live in a free
standing house in a "condo" complex which has outside antenna
restrictions.  I don't make a secret of my hobby but I don't brag about
it either. The antennas are placed in such a manner that they are not
easily visible. So far so good.

My station does not really fit in the tribander and wire category so I
am forced to enter the classes which have REAL antennas. I get out
shouted very often but that does not distract from my fun.

I hope that this suggestion become a fact (at least in some contests)
