What an excellent idea! As a townhome dweller, all radio operations are
done with indoor antennas at this location. I actually have resonant
antennas on 80-10 meters, all indoors.
I have successfully operated many contests from here, including NAQP CW
and NA Sprint CW. Also collected the 125 contacts for the coveted
HPM/125 certificate from the ARRL -- all with 50 watts.
In a way, it is more exciting than operating with lots of big outdoor
antennas.
Of all the new conjured up category ideas that I have heard over the
years, this one makes the most sense.
