Every station that operates with an outside antenna in a development that
has a CC &R that prohibits such antennas is in violation of a covenant and
is subject to a lawsuit. What contest sponsor would encourage such activity?
Let’s face it, if you are in an area that does not allow antennas, operate
somewhere else. Spend your time ( and yes, contribute some money)  helping
the League to try and force the FCC to exercise it’s muscle and get covenant
enforcement  of outside antenna’s voided, because you on your own trying to
operate with CC &R prohibition is  an issue that has already been resolved
against the amateur.
