Incorrect 

KØHB has W7WHY in his log.  W7WHY has KØSB in his log.  The software will match this one-off callsign and KØHB will NOT get dinged.  W7WHY will - with a "busted".

If W7WHY logged KØSD, then, well, very likely that KØHB will get dinged (it's off by more than one character)and possibly W7WHY will, too (but unlikely).
