[CQ-Contest] Reporting Bogus Station Addresses To The FCC

While it may not exactly be the most legal thing, many hams just get caught
up in moving. Who wants to fill out MORE paperwork after finishing a big
move? Eventually they will get around to it, and it will just work itself
out. I have run into the same problem, and if it's in a contest, I ask them
during a SLOOOW period (3AM??) what is their current address or where can I
find it to obtain a QSL, if I needed it.

I think you should just let the whole thing work itself out, it usually has
a tendency to do that. Eventually they will remember
to update their current address, but this is only a hobby, and remembering
to update your address for a qrz engine is not something I would put higher
on my list, esp. after dealing with moving, movers, loan sharks, etc.
