[CQ-Contest] 160m DX window dead

Sorry. I can't resist though I've tried...

There is at least one 160m CW DXer who is very non understanding of the need 
for SSB contests to use the CW part of the band. This DXer just turns the 
rig off during SSB contests as it is impossible to hear any weak CW signals.

I am delighted with the new proposed band plan. I really hope that the 
contest sponsors will write it into their rules.
