Dear Contesters,
This year there is colision between our contest and ARRL 10 meter =
Contest.=20
Exchange is similar - serial number for all stations but US and Canada.=20
All Contacts made in period of our Contest with US & Canadian stations =
will count for our contest,=20
no matter of exchange you receive from American stations (state or =
province).
