[CQ-Contest] CQ WW TEN MINUTE RULE

Please indulge dragging up an old chestnut.

Does anyone have an "official" interpretation of the ten minute rule as =
applied to CQWW CW Multi-Single. We at M2A have a claimed score of =
6,000,000 points from 4444 "good" QSO's but would rather like to double =
check our log for any possible ten minute rule violations. But I am =
afraid I don't make enough sense out of the rule to write a program.
