Why??

Suppose someone works you and busts your call the first time.  

Then he calls you again, this time with your call correct.  He shows up
as a dupe for you, but a good QSO for him.

If you remove dupes, now your penalizing the guy twice ... once because
he has your call busted ... the second time, because the second QSO is a
NIL!

I worked 44 dupes this weekend (all called me!).  Yeah it's frustrating,
but so what?  At least they'll get credit for one good QSO.

If the guy's a lousy op and just calls whoever the heck he hears, then
that's a problem.  But I figure most "dupes" are actually due to busted
calls the first time around.
