Dan,
	#3 will probably be the most productive.   Depending on
what you have on top of your 70 foot support you may want to
consider shunt feeding the tower.   My shunt fed 80 foot tower
has worked pretty well for 20 years.   You can hear it in the 
upcoming NAQP CW test.  Good luck.
