[CQ-Contest] SS and/or CQWW Mobile

I will be operating mobile from AZ, CA and OR over the SS and CQWW 
weekends.  Can I enter either?  Or should I be content to chase the Ducie 
Island stn on 12 or 17 Mtrs?
