[CQ-Contest] Re broadband 80 dipole

I've been using a simple method for years that works for me. I cut the
ant to 3650, feed it with a quarter wave of 70 ohm, then go into the
shack from there with 50 ohm. SWR is under 2:1 from the bottom of CW to
the only part of phone that matters!   JACK W1WEF
