[CQ-Contest] RULES ARE RULES (why is everybody shouting?)

If this is so pressing an issue, why don't we ask the ONLY person whose
opinion counts.

We can snipe back and forth over this for eons, but in the end, whatever the
League (in the person of N1ND) says is the correct interpretation of the
rules is the only opinion that matters.

I suspect, however, that anyone expecting a puritanical answer (Thou shalt
include thy callsign in thy exchange) versus a pragmatic reply (as long as
all the information is exchanged, it doesn't matter the format) will be
disappointed.

In the meantime, isn't pragmatism OK?
