Hello List,

I sent Mr Tippett (W4ZV) a private Email concerning
his post about an FCC complaint, since I was operating
that station at that time I needed to put a personal
closure to this matter, I sent Mr Tippett an Email
about the motives behind such post, he stated he
wanted to do so in order to emphasize the FCC stand on
the "contesters are better than ragchewers" attitude,
which I now acknowledge and accept , though a simple
comment on his post would have helped make his point
clearer.
The ARRL in a non-democratic fashion will post an
FCC complaint letter on their website (nothing wrong
since I have nothing to hide) but they won't publish a
discharge letter, from the parties involved, and I
personally anyone needs to hear both sides of the
story.
The complaint on "deliberate interference" from
K3NM are completely fallacious and innacurate, and
since I was operating the station, I feel more
aggravated to see my host's callsign messed in all
this.
If anyone wants to read a copy of the letter I sent
to Mr Hollingsworth, I will gladly send it to you.
Please use my Email address since Im not subscribed to
the reflector.

regards,

Matt Vanni
