[CQ-Contest] CQ Istanbul: March 17-27

I'll be in Istanbul for the ITU World Telecommunications Development
Conference that runs from March 17-27.  

I'd love to get together with other contesters in the area and
those who are coming in for the Conference.  

I've heard that the Turkish IARU society will be operating a
special event station, but don't know any details.
