Having had the good fortune of operating from K5RC (2001 RTTY Round Up), I
can verify that there were many requests for NV on RTTY! Other than the
hospitality, that's why I went!
IMHO, the most "simple and elegant" solution: "eliminate the necessity for
QSL cards for award purposes"?
As contester's, we "take their word for it", that they "conscientiously
applied the most ethical interpretation of the published rules"? If contest
sponsors can "take their word for it", why not award sponsors?
