Such a database would be interesting and potentially useful.  Its care and 
feeding, as with any database, would not be an easy chore.  I would suggest it 
be fed automatically from 3830.com contest score submissions.  Although these 
score submissions are not final by any means, they are representative of 
activity by many contesters.
