[CQ-Contest] JA QSL Collecting Contest

Dennis,
  It does get to be a pain...but what is frivilous to us may not be to them.
A lot of folks think I do frivilous stuff in trying to work all 
counties...several times.
It's in the eye of the acheiver wannabee.  It may be something he is really 
dedicated to.
