[CQ-Contest] Sweepstakes - phone (but also CW)

Hmmmm, I'll be on Curacao at Signal Point (PJ2T)
during SS SSB, preparing for CQWW CW.

Unlike some contests, I can't see any loophole in 
the Sweepstakes rules that allows DX to pass out
QSOs, or I would.
