Let's look at this with regards to precedence.  Virtually all of the M/S 
winning stations and record holders employ a second multiplier station.  No 
one has ever been disqualified for using a second multiplier station on the 
air simultaneously with a run station if all of the other parameters are 
met.  All of the modern day logging software is set up to handle it this 
way.  This sets the precedence that it is allowed and will remain valid 
unless a change is made to the rules specifically disallowing it.
