[CQ-Contest] SS Gentlemen's Agreement re: Assistance

I totally support all 5 points, and have operated this way for as long as I can
remember.

For my own, personal list, I would add:

6. We may only make post-contest changes to our log using information directly
obtained on-the-air, and personally noted during the contest period.
