Last year I sent 3 ICE419's back to ICE and they updated the filter
units to their latest spec (200w) and sent back within a few weeks.  

Without charge!

Just making a heavier coil will not cut it. The fundamental limitation 
is the RF current carrying ability of the mica caps. These are what fail

even at 100W. The filters could be modified for 200W by replacing the 
present caps with two of half the value in parallel.
One could not undertake such a modification without the equipment needed

to check and align them when you're done. I'd use ATC 100C series caps, 
but they are expensive and hard to get. Micas are reasonably low loss, 
cheap and much easier to find.
Given the technical limitations of the average user, it would be best if

ICE designed the filters for 200W from the start.
