[CQ-Contest] Improper WPX Exchanges

Inspired by this thread, I did exactly that for the 90 qsos I made in the  
couple of hours I was on in the WPX. I sent a uniform, non-59  report.
 
I was only calling guys, most of whom had fairly strong signals. I was  
running the amplifier, so I doubt that I was very weak.
 
A very few big guns stopped to note the non-59, but most people were either  
very good at logging non-59 reports in tempo, or never noticed the  
difference.  I suspect the later. I did not emphasize the report, but  neither did I 
mumble it, I think.
 
One friend did give me a 51 +30 report.  Not sure how that  works.
 
Now to remember to get out the text editor before I send in my log.
 
Do these reports get checked in the log checking process?
