[CQ-Contest] prefix changes?

I'm going to remove warnings from n1mm logger and others that use my
callsign rules for the 1x1 call j7n, and also fix the PU's on 20m cw
warning... but I have a question, are the he8 prefixes something temporary
or will they be around long term??
