[CQ-Contest] An ARRL Band Plan just in time for this weekend!

I sure wish the self-appointed frequency cops would remember that little detail during contest weekends.

It's almost sad to here so many people ordered off particular frequencies because they are considered "reserved" (whether actually in use or not) based on the band-plan!
