But then again, should not the transmitting station know where they are?

If people correct my station in the IARU from what I send because some 
places and logging programs place me in Zone 8, I am not in 8 i am in 7  
still 9 land, AND still Wisconsin. But I AM in 07 and anyone that 
changes it to what they think and may programs think as well as some web 
sites say that i am in 08 they are wrong.
