[CQ-Contest] SO (A) in ARRL 10/160

Randy,

Maybe the ARRL realizes that such a step would be extremely divisive.  It is
not "forward thinking" to do something that would alienate those contesters
who love the challenge of operating without assistance, especially when you
can make everyone reasonably happy by adding an assisted category for those
who want it.
