[CQ-Contest] Fwd: NILs hurt

If you do not feel a QSO has been made, then you are within your rights to
not put it in the log.

This is a very compelling argument for why stations should work AND LOG all
dupes.  You may think you worked the station before, but if they don't have
you in the log, you will lose the contact.
