[CQ-Contest] Changing Category During SS?

Your Cabrillo log should always show every QSO you made and contain
exactly the exchanges that occurred over the air. You can show your
intended category in the log header, but the QSO lines need to
accurately reflect what went on the QSOs you're claiming.
