[CQ-Contest] New hamvention location

I have already heard whining about the new location being "too small".

Before we all go off and make unfounded assumptions, consider that the 
fairground is adjacent to the Xenia High School. Now, I don't know what 
the plans are, but the high school would make a fine venue for meetings 
and forums. Let's wait for the details before we condemn the new location.
