[CQ-Contest] N1MM QTC problem

Something screwy with N1MM in WAE (using latest version/Win10).

First QSO number sent was 002, not 001.  I had no test QSOs logged.

Then when sending first set of QTCs, all the numbers were sent as 1, 2 
or 3, repeatedly.  Any ideas?
