[CQ-Contest] Doctor DX clone (if you never used it, you just don't "get it")

Dr DX was a lot of fun, but it could be gamed. Set your keyer speed to 100
wpm and CQ <your call> the instant it starts sending you a report. I
consistently went over 500 qsos per hour. I don't know who programmed it,
but (s)he was great!
