[CQ-Contest] A DX Contest on the WARC bands -- A terrible idea

Actually,
In the back of my mind, did not like the ARRL, CQ any award offering
organization even in the beginning say there will be no like WAS or DXCC
awards offered on those bands also, so it wasn't a DX contest from day
one everyone trying to get the first WAS or DXCC etc?
