CQ and ARRL rules already prohibit multiple run stations using the same
call on the same bandrwgardless of category. CQ rules were very clear and
have been for some time; ARRL rules were amended within the last 7-10 years
in response to some Caribbean stations running a pair of interlocked run
stations on the same band in ARRL DX SSB.
