Where in the rules does it state that SO Unassisted may Sell Spot? Seems
like it is only for Assisted.

categories, the use of spotting networks is not permitted. HCAT.3.2.2. In
Single Operator, Unlimited Single‐Band categories, the use of
publicly available spotting assistance is permitted. Spotting information
must be obtained from a public spotting network. HCAT.3.2.3. In Single
Operator, Unlimited Single‐Band categories, entrants are permitted to
