[CQ-Contest] 7% of contesters self spotted in ARRL DX SSB 2024 - twice as many as in CW

State QSO parties are increasingly allowing self spotting. When they
request that we specifically allow it in N1MM Logger+, we do. This is
the current list of those state parties requesting us to allow self
spotting:
"AZ", "DE", "GA", "IL", "IN", "KY", "MN", "PA", "SC", "VA", "VT",
"WA", "WI", "7QP"
I think that the sponsors wish to encourage more QSOs & activity in
their contests and think this helps.
