COMTSR problems

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For some reason, high comtsrs (7&8) will not load properly - i.e.: 8 loads as 
com1, or com9(?), address set to 340h - irq 15. Down loaded the latest from 
bbs yesterday. - Beats the s??t out of me - anybody have any input.
