Hi Dave;
Based on our experiences at N2RM, the best way to hook up a network for CT 
is by utilizing all available hardware handshaking and also using the -LOOP 
method.

Warren Walsh, N2BCC, (WWALSH@intac.com) built an interface box that allows 
connection via a standard 25 pin serial cable that you would normally use 
to connect your PC to a modem. (Available at any Radio Shack up until the 
contest starts.) All the null modem, hardware handshake, criss-cross stuff 
is done inside the box.

You may recall some of my tales of woe in getting the networking running 
prior to this method.  Since converting to this system, the network at 'RM 
runs virtually trouble free.
