[ct-user] CQP bug in CT 9.50 & 9.49

Thanks K2PLF, W6KK & NB1B for your responses.

We are not selecting any radio in CT as we don't use radio control--that is
not the solution.  The bug is in versions 9.50 & 9.49.  Version 9.40 works
OK so we can go with that if a fix can't be found before October 6.
