[ct-user] alt-f3 bug

the bug i have reported on several versions seems to be much worse in the latest
one.  if you do alt-f3 and do not add your own comment it frequently adds 'qsx'
and some text from a previous incoming spot's comment.  it can really make a
mess when other users try to grab the spots and get sent split to a non-existant
frequency!
