[ct-user] iaru scoring

[Ken Wolff]

CT isn't smart enough to rescore at the time you change the zone.
Restart CT after the zone change and the score will be computed
correctly.

i tried that, it didn't seem to work.  but setting the zone on the first
setup screen did, i usually leave ct.cfg fill all that in so i forgot
all about it there.
